Infinite Campus uses the latest technologies for support including online support options, live support and local district assigned resource support.

Infinite Campus online support includes a knowledge base, message boards and technical and user documentation to ensure educators can quickly research and find solutions to their questions and other informational needs. Both email response and phone support is available and staffed with application experts to resolve questions rapidly. Infinite Campus is dedicated to offering the highest level of personal, effective support for our customers.

Infinite Campus provides live support for your locally assigned resource support.
• Currently Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time
• Expert toll-free call center support
• Remote application diagnosis/servicing
• Online case processing/resolution

If a Campus User within a district desires a logon to the Customer Support Portal, they should contact their local district Campus Support Resource who can request a logon on their behalf.
