Do we have invalid enrollments?

Login to IC-SE. 

Open the ME State Reporting folder in the Index. 

Choose "Invalid Enrollments". 

Select the school for which you'd like to run the report.  Click "Generate Report". 

Open the report in Excel.  This will identify any students which currently have an invalid enrollment.  Normally this is because one or more fields in the "State Reporting Fields" section are blank.

To do a quick check of all schools in the district, choose "StudentCompletionReport" in the ME State Reporting folder.  This will provide a count of invalid enrollments for each school in the district.  The "Invalid Enrollments" report could then be run for each school identified as having invalid enrollments.
