I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) for selecting the Infinite Campus State Edition for its statewide student management system to replace the current MEDMS application. We are looking forward to working closely with the MDOE during its upcoming implementation.

This fall, Infinite Campus will give Maine the ability to assign unique student IDs and collect data in a flexible manner. The MDOE will also offer the hosted Infinite Campus District Edition as a no cost option to your district. Usage of the Infinite Campus District Edition will virtually eliminate traditional state reporting.

With the Infinite Campus District Edition, you can leverage an integrated student management system to streamline data entry and improve district efficiency. However, if you prefer to remain on your existing system, you can continue to transfer data in the same manner as with MEDMS to the Infinite Campus State Edition.

Included in this mailing is a copy of The Infinite Campus magazine for your review. The feature story, “Creating the 21st Century School,” focuses on how technology, specifically Infinite Campus, can transform the factory-model school. The magazine provides insights into how our customers across the United States, including Bonny Eagle Public Schools and Oxford Hills Public Schools in Maine, are using Campus in unique ways. It also details our commitment to customer satisfaction through responsive support, learning opportunities and ongoing product evolution.
